The requests in the audit will contain the information that follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>When was the request made<\/li>\n<li>What time was the request made (incident time)<\/li>\n<li>Who made the request<\/li>\n<li>Length of request<\/li>\n<li>Request status (successful, failed, sending)<\/li>\n<li>Device status at the time of the request<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can also control video requests by cancelling unwanted\/duplicate requests.<\/p>\n<p>This new audit was introduced due to customers wanting better control over feature requests and a status update on the requests.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: red;\">2. This allows the customer to prioritise certain devices depending on the number of notifications.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: red;\">3. This improves security and structure of the system regarding access and control.<\/p>\n<p>The multi grouping feature gives more freedom of access when trying to structure the system.
